On Thursday, September 25, 2008, CanaData will host its 23rd Annual Construction Industry Forecasts Conference at the Liberty Grand on the shore of Lake Ontario, in Toronto. This event will bring together many of the most knowledgeable people in Canada to present their views on the outlook for construction activity in five major categories — residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and engineering — and to consider the influences of a host of trends that will impact on your business in the period ahead. Jim Dougan – Executive Vice President, Project Delivery of Infrastructure Ontario, will discuss the investment outlook for “hard” and “soft” infrastructure projects. Alex Carrick – Chief Economist with CanaData, a product line of Reed Construction Data, will present an overview forecast of Canadian construction activity out to 2010.
